   1. Wire drawing


   The core component of the power cord is the metal wire, so the metal wire must be processed by the drawing process. In a normal temperature environment, the metal wire is placed on the wire drawing machine and passed through one or several die holes of the drawing die to make the cross section smaller and increase the strength. Wire drawing is the first process for power cord manufacturers. Only after the metal wire is pulled out of specifications, can the next process production be carried out.


   2. Monofilament annealing


  In order to strengthen the toughness and tensile strength of the metal wire, it must go through the monofilament annealing process. The metal wire is heated to a certain degree, and then the various properties of the metal wire are strengthened by crystallization to meet the requirements of consumers for conductors.    3. Conductor stranding
